fix(*): gcc 7 weird uninitialized warnings
...
I think most of them are incorrect.
I didn't find a workaround for the one at json.hpp.
So, I just disabled this warning at server.cpp

refactor(kernel): reduce number of configurations supported in the kernel

Now, eta and impredicativity are assumed to be always true.
Motivation: the rest of the system assumes eta.
Regarding impredicativity, we decided to support only the standard library.
