fix: simpHaveTelescope: calculate used fvars transitiviely (#10536) 
This PR fixes `simp` in `-zeta -zetaUnused` mode from producing
incorrect proofs if in a `have` telescope a variable occurrs in the
type of the body only transitively. Fixes #10353.
