fix: kind for type metavariable
...
For example, `mkFreshExprMVar none MetavarKind.synthetic` should
create a fresh synthetic metavariable `?m` with type `?t` where `?t`
is a fresh natural metavariable. If users want a synthetic
metavariable `?t`, then it must create it themselves.
