chore(library/compiler/compiler): generate Lean IR with explicit boxing and RC instructions
...
This is just for testing. These two steps are not used by `emit_bytecode`,
but they will be used to generate C++ code.
We can now compile the whole corelib in debug mode with these two extra
transformation without any assertion violation.
