chore: improve how test suite interacts with stages (#12913)
The tests need to run with certain environment variables set that only
cmake really knows and that differ between stages. Cmake could just set
the variables directly when running the tests and benchmarks, but that
would leave no good way to manually run a single benchmark. So cmake
generates some stage-specific scripts instead that set the required
environment variables.

Previously, those scripts were sourced directly by the individual
`run_*` scripts, so the env scripts of different stages would overwrite
each other. This PR changes the setup so they can instead be generated
next to each other. This also simplifies the `run_*` scripts themselves
a bit, and makes `tests/bench/build` less of a hack.

chore: migrate pkg tests (#12889)
Also refactor util.sh in the process, so test scripts become easier to
write (inspired in part by lake's test suite).

chore: relative lean-toolchains (#12652)
This PR changes all `lean-toolchain` to use relative toolchain paths
instead of `lean4` and `lean4-stage0` identifiers, which removes the
need for manually linking toolchains via Elan.

After this PR, at least Elan 4.2.0 and 0.0.224 of the Lean VS Code
extension will be needed to edit core.

fix: make name mangling unambiguous (#10727)
This PR fixes name mangling to be unambiguous / injective by adding `00`
for disambiguation where necessary. Additionally, the inverse function,
`Lean.Name.unmangle` has been added which can be used to unmangle a
mangled identifier. This unmangler has been added to demonstrate the
injectivity but also to allow unmangling identifiers e.g. for debugging
purposes.

feat: lake: support plugins (#7001)
This PR adds support for plugins to Lake. Precompiled modules are now
loaded as plugins rather than via `--load-dynlib`.

Additional plugins can be added through an experimental `plugins`
configuration option. The syntax for specifying this is not yet
convenient, and will be improved in future changes. A parallel `dynlibs`
configuration option has been added for specifying additional dynamic
libraries to build and pass to `--load-dynlib`.

This PR also changes the default directory for `.olean`, `.ilean`, and
module dynamic libraries (i.e., `leanLibDir`) to `lib/lean` instead of
the previous default of `lib`. This avoids potential name clashes
between single module shared libraries and the shared libraries of a
full `lean_lib`.

On non-Windows systems, module dynamic libraries are no longer linked to
their imports or external symbols. Symbols from those libraries are left
unresolved until load time. This avoids nesting these dependencies
within the shared library and means Lake no longer needs to augment the
shared library path to allow Lean to resolve such nested dependencies on
load.

feat: incremental elaboration of definition headers, bodies, and tactics (#3940)
Extends Lean's incremental reporting and reuse between commands into
various steps inside declarations:
* headers and bodies of each (mutual) definition/theorem
* `theorem ... := by` for each contained tactic step, including
recursively inside supported combinators currently consisting of
  * `·` (cdot), `case`, `next`
  * `induction`, `cases`
  * macros such as `next` unfolding to the above

*Incremental reuse* means not recomputing any such steps if they are not
affected by a document change. *Incremental reporting* includes the
parts seen in the recording above: the progress bar and messages. Other
language server features such as hover etc. are *not yet* supported
incrementally, i.e. they are shown only when the declaration has been
fully processed as before.
