This PR sets up the new integrated test/bench suite. It then migrates all benchmarks and some related tests to the new suite. There's also some documentation and some linting. For now, a lot of the old tests are left alone so this PR doesn't become even larger than it already is. Eventually, all tests should be migrated to the new suite though so there isn't a confusing mix of two systems.

# Add explicit mode projections
This is to fix a bug where structure instance notation was not working when there were opt params.

Motivating issue from https://github.com/leanprover/lean4/issues/5406
The `example` had an elaboration error because the structure instance was expanding to `{b := m.b, x := 1}`.
Now it expands to `{b := @m.b, x := 1}`.

Tests of explicit mode with class instances. The type parameter remains implicit.

We need this so that structure instances work properly.
