Makes `#eval` use the `elabMutualDef` machinery to process all the `let
rec`s that might appear in the expression. This now works:
```lean
#eval
let rec fact (n : Nat) : Nat :=
match n with
| 0 => 1
| n' + 1 => n * fact n'
fact 5
```
