chore: remove redundant if-else in isDefEqQuickOther (#4388) 
I removed a redundant `if tFn.isMVar || sFn.isMVar then ... else return
LBool.undef` in the `else` clause of
```
if !tFn.isMVar && !sFn.isMVar then
  return LBool.undef
else
```
