This PR fixes a bug with Lake where the job monitor would sit on a top-level build (e.g., `mathlib/Mathlib:default`) instead of reporting module build progress. The issue was actually simpler than it initially appeared. The wrong portion of the module build was being registered to job monitor. Moving it to right place fixes it, no job priorities necessary. |
